You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for one time exchange, this policy apply to original list price buyer, we will not consider any exchange on discount items & custom made items (eg. custom made watch band / made to order items). Before returning the items, please notify us by e-mail. You are responsible to pay the return postage unless the items we send is in-correct, is damaged, or is missing parts. Item(s) which show clear signs of use is(are) not qualify to return. The purchase becomes effective upon the expiry of the 7-day return period.
